They form the bulk of the Imperialis Armada’s intra-atmosphere fighter aircraft. While the Thunderbolt's primary role is air superiority, its most famous characteristic, is sheer resilience – it is not unusual for a Thunderbolt to return to base with damage that would have downed a lesser craft.If aerial domination is your goal, then Thunderbolt fighters are the answer. These versatile craft are equipped with twin lascannons for taking on enemy armour columns, as well as quad autocannons or Avenger bolt cannons for shredding both enemy flyers and ground targets.
These models can also be used in games of Aeronautica Imperialis by mounting them on Aeronautica Imperialis bases, sold separately.
The set includes:
- 4x multipart plastic Thunderbolt fighter miniatures (Any of these miniatures can instead be assembled with Avenger bolt cannons instead of quad autocannons. The kit also includes a selection of hellstrike missiles, skystrike missiles and wing bombs to upgrade your miniatures with.)
- 4x Legions Imperialis 40mm Round Flying Bases with ball socket stems
- 1x Thunderbolt transfer sheet
These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

Very pretty and bright. It’s thick and great quality. Strong grip and doesn’t come off easily. Easy to clean when it gets dirty. It also has a nice backing. I prefer the transparent bright pink backing than the clear version. I love the strong magnetic for when I position it upwards. It can be positioned downwards too.

Quick install of cartrage and software for printer counter
At first had trouble. The instructions that came with it would not reset my printer. I emailed the seller and about 24 hours later I received another set of instructions that worked on my printer. The price for 4 is great I now have a good supply of back ups. I have and do recommend this. It was an easy install of the ink tray, good quality and fit perfectly. It is compatible with several printers.
