Bij deze envelop kan de effectieve breedte variëren tussen 140 en 95 millimeter. De maximale vulhoogte is 50 millimeter. Op dat moment zal de envelop ook zijn kleinste breedte-lengte verhouding overhouden van 95 x 590 millimeter. Mocht je toch twijfelen of je product in deze envelop past, kan je altijd eerst een sample aanvragen!De enveloppen zijn gemaakt uit stevig enkelgolf karton met een dikte van 1 millimeter. Daarnaast beschikken ze over een zelfklevende sluitstrip, waardoor er geen tape benodigd is om de envelop te sluiten. Een scheurstrip maakt het tenslotte voor de ontvanger eenvoudig om met één simpele handeling de envelop te openen. Great resource for new or seasoned STR owners

This book is a must read for new STR business owners but seasoned owners can glean insights as well.
It covers many facets of owning and managing a short term rental that you should be aware of.
Of particular value are the pitfalls to avoid that I see many hosts make. The book also covers many of the management tools and strategies that are necessary to be a successful business owner, and to make it easier in the process. I believe anyone that reads this book will learn something new.

Short term rental starting point
Format: Kindle
Very concise explanation of what you would need to know to determine if you would want to “enter the game” and then help to do the next steps. Many people especially when interest rates were low thought STR would be an easy way to have passive income and long term investment BUT understanding the “game “ is crucial to making good decisions. This book can aide in those situations.

This is a great resource for learning things about your Airbnb listing and how to maximize your success, BUT if you are purchasing this book because you read in the Intro, "Elevate your hosting game with Chatgpt", please know the "free download" link/website shared does NOT exist/no longer works. I do wish I had realized that before purchasing.

Game changer for AirBnB hosting. I've though about this avenue, but there seemed to be so many hurdles, like figuring out the right pricing and making my place stand out. This book was is an excellent guide through it all, with practical tips on everything from interior decor to managing reviews.
