Ottimo anche il finale, pulito e persistente.Non solo spumanti: Roberto Gatti produce infatti anche un vino bianco piacevole e fresco utilizzando le uve più adatte a questa tipologia provenienti dai vari appezzamenti di proprietà sparsi a macchia di leopardo un po in tutto il territorio. Quello che ne deriva è un vino floreale e delicato, dimostrazione di quanto di buono la Franciacorta è in grado di regalare anche con questa tipologia così poco diffusa.
Ottimo aperitivo, il Curtefranca di Ferghettina ben si abbina a primi piatti a base di pesce. Da provare con una pasta con la bottarga.

The fit is pretty good, it's acceptable.

Very good fit. The sleeves are long enough, I guess. I'll be rolling them up anyway. I would like it to be a tad bit longer though for tucking in. Other than that it feels nice and lightweight, can't wait to wash it so I can use it for going out.
