Al palato è pieno; i tannini sono fini e ben integrati e il finale è lunghissimo.Il Brunello di Montalcino è uno dei vini simbolo dell'Italia vitivinicola, celebrato e amato in tutto il mondo per la sua complessità e piacevolezza; quello della Fornacina, in particolare, è da ascriversi al filone tradizionalista, con un lungo affinamento in botti grandi per circa 36 mesi e un ulteriore periodo di 12 mesi di riposo in bottiglia. Di grande personalità, è un vino dal profilo variegato e affascinate, di sicuro appagamento.
Ottimo in abbinamento alle carni rosse, stufate o alla griglia, è ideale anche per accompagnare i formaggi stagionati.
