Each reliefΒ valve is EN40B Nitride hardened and machined to the correct size. Then the relief valve gets a 14 hour super finish polish making them as smooth as possible. Each relief valve has a finishing surface of 0.03 RA. Each pump is modified here at the Fuji headquarters and primed with oil before dispatch.
