Al sorso รจ avvolgente, morbido, dagli intensi echi fruttati.I vigneti di petit verdot dell'azienda Principe Pallavicini si trovano a 300 metri d'altitudine, in una zona vulcanica a sud di Roma, chiamata La Pasolina. Alla vendemmia manuale, realizzata a inizio ottobre, segue una vinificazione in rosso e una macerazione sulle bucce di circa due settimane; prima di essere imbottigliato, il vino affina in tonneaux per 9 mesi, e almeno 3 mesi in bottiglia. Ne risulta un vino robusto, dagli avvolgenti sentori fruttati.
Perfetto per accompagnare carni arrosto e brasati; da provare anche in abbinamento ai formaggi di media o lunga stagionatura.
