Good supplement, wish it came with a scoop. Sometimes there might be a βchunkβ that doesnβt dissolve so you get to chew something with your drink, it happens rarely but does happen. Took a while but feel regular and easy to take if you do protein shakes everyday. No taste and mixes well.
