Al palato ha una buona acidità, un bel corpo, un frutto generoso e succoso. È di media lunghezza e buona beva.

Questo interessante Chenin Blanc Vintage Selection 2015 di Spier ci piace per la sua eleganza e per il suo equilibrio, nonché per la fragranza dei suoi aromi, le uve di chenin blanc sono state raccolte manualmente e selezionate, hanno fatto una leggera macerazione a freddo e poi sono state spremute. Dopo aver riposato una notte il mosto è stato separato in due parti, una è stata fatta fermentare in botti di rovere francese, l'altra metà in acciaio. Dopo sei mesi sur lie è stato imbottigliato.
