Pacbrake HP10136 Air Suspension Spring Hardware KitThis kit is for vehicles that have round axle tubes with the breather located approximately 7' from the leaf spring pack. This kit is designed to eliminate interference of the axle breather and the Pacbrake air spring support bracket on Dodge 3500 Cab and Chassis vehicles. The supplied breather fitting is manufactured to a longer length than the stock fitting in order to facilitate vehicles that also use this fitting to hold down the rear brake line
