TBM Brakes Crate Late Model package comes with our industry leading F3 calipers. Made up of forged aluminum housings and hardened steel center sections. Symmetrical 1.75β piston bores for the rear and left front. 1.38β piston bores for the right front to reduce RF braking by 38%. O-ring piston seals to optimize piston retraction. Electroless Nickel Plated components for internal performance and external protective properties. Modular design simplifies impact repair and reduces the amount of spares needed.Β Same caliper can be used with .810β, .500β, or .375β thick rotors. Individual caliper loaded with pads weighs 5 lbs.
As the originators of the convoluted rotor, we include our 11.75β x .375β steel Revolution Rotor in this package. Our proprietary blend of design, material, and processing results in a rotor that is unmatched in the industry for its size. Coming in at 3.75 lbs, these rotors provide significant savings in un-sprung rotating weight while not sacrificing brake torque.Β
Rounding out our Crate Late Model package, we include our #2 brake pad compound for the front and our #1 brake pad compound for the rear. The difference in Coefficient of Friction yields 10% more brake torque at the rear of the car.Β
