This seat comes with all the necessary mounting brackets to have a DOT-Rated installation.
This swivel base uses CVC's floor plate system; the floor plate is installed directly to the van floor (metal to metal) then the seat with the swivel base attached, gets mounted to the floor plate. This allows you to easily remove each seat by removing 5 bolts per seat to create more cargo space as needed.Β
The seat also comes in a 18" for a wider hallway, or a 20" for a more comfortable, plush seat.
Can be installed into any van floor; Transit, Sprinter, Promaster and more
Installation can be done DIY, but is pretty labor intensive and is better done by a professional.Β
NOTE:Β The mounting plate is best placed before your subfloor and flooring goes down.Β
