Carli's most popular system for your Powerstroke, the Pintop 2.5. This system will deliver you a leveled stance that you can tuck up to a 37" tire under, you'll get unbelievable gains in ride comfort, both on and offroad, and have a suspension system worth bragging about.

Designed and tuned in house for the customer looking for substantial on-road and off-road performance improvement. You can expect a softer ride, yet more control and bottom-out resistance than Carli's Backcountry system.

The Pintop is a Jack-of-all-trades system from which every Super Duty owner would benefit. Raising the Super Duty Platform, then adding the 2.5" diameter shocks (55% more piston surface area than a 2.0" shock) will support the argument that these trucks should come equipped with 2.5" shocks from the factory. The higher end systems will get you more off-road capability, yes, and even a bit more on-road. The premium paid for these systems; however, doesn't compare to the on and off-road ride quality per dollar spent on the Pintop. For these reasons, it will likely remain a best seller for years to come.

CARLI TUNED 2.5" KING SHOCKS

The Pintop system boasts Carli specific, blueprinted, King 2.5" shocks on all four corners. In an effort to provide you with the best product, a custom piston was designed to determine proper base flow rates to ensure the shock works well in the heavy duty truck platform. Carli then tuned the shocks around the custom pistons based on the only thing that really matters, seat-of-the-pants feel. All King shocks are treated with shafts machined and polished from a solid piece of 17-4 Stainless. Unlike King's standard shafts, there is no coating to wear off, weather can't hurt them and if there is a small chip, you can round the edges with emery cloth to ensure the seal housing isn't damaged as they're not brittle like the stock, hardened shafts. The shocks are finished with King oil good to -55° F. Note that all King shocks are built with a plated steel body. If subjected to inclement weather for extended periods, Carli recommend wrapping your shocks in 3M to provide a moisture barrier that's replaceable.

SWAY BAR OPTIONS

The truck will sit 2.5" higher in the front and have more wheel travel thanks to the lighter rate Carli Coil Springs. The Adjustable Track Bar centers the front axle and Stainless Brake Lines firm up braking and ensure there is enough line for the newfound travel. To round off the front end, you'll also receive Caster Shims to tighten the steering and a fabricated, High-Clearance Bump Stop Drop to keep the springs clear from the contacting the factory bump stop. The front sway bar geometry will also receive an upgrade with your choice of Sway Bar Drop Brackets (more economical option that maintains the factory sway bar end links) or a set of Extended Sway Bar End Links, a FAR more robust option. The replacement End Links are the only option that is compatible with a snow plow bracket.

SWAY BAR DROP BRACKETS SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Corrects sway bar geometry
SWAY BAR END LINKS SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Extended length to accommodate leveled trucks
  • 17-4 stainless steel, greasable and fully rebuildable
  • Excellent articulation
NO SWAY BAR OPTION NOTES:
Diesel Power Products and Carli strongly suggest the use of either options available. These options are designed to work flawlessly with the rest of your kit and, are the best way to go. However, we understand you may already have the necessary provisions and/or products to use with this kit so we give you the option to not include any sway bar drop or Torsion Sway Bar provisions.

TORSION SWAY BAR WITH END LINKS SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Direct fitment to Carli leveling lifts
  • Replaces immobile factory sway bar with custom torsion bar
  • Huge ride quality improvement
  • Includes drop brackets and sway bar links

REAR LEAF SPRINGS OPTIONS

The rear can be outfitted with a replacement Full Progressive Spring Pack (reduces capacity to a "light" 3/4-ton) or factory leaf-pack modifying Progressive Add-a-Pack (eliminates the factory block and maintains payload capacity; pairs with a rear bump stop drop). This is where the F-250 and F-350 are a bit different. Since 2008, the main spring packs on these two trucks are different; the F-250 has a lighter rate spring pack than its 350 counterpart. The F-250 Add-a-Pack equipped systems are a nice improvement over stock; the F-350 with the Add-a-Pack is still very stiff in the rear as the main pack doesn't move much unless loaded. Carli recommends the Full Replacement Leaf Spring packs for both trucks but especially the F-350 given the super-stiff factory springs. If capacity is a concern, an aftermarket airbag system should be installed to compliment the Full Progressive Leaf Springs to restore the F-350 capacity. Carli recommends a system that will allow the airbags to disconnect from the lower mount during suspension cycling to ensure you're able to take advantage of all your rear suspension travel. The Full Progressive Leaf Spring Pack will shift the axle slightly forward in the wheel well to ensure maximum tire clearance for a 37" M/T at full compression.

WHEEL AND TIRE FITMENT

Carli recommends 17"-18" wheels, no more than 9" wide with 5.5" of backspacing with Carli Fabricated Radius Arms or 5" Backspace with factory arms; 5" will require a bit more trimming. Tires, 37x12.5" will fit with some trimming; 35" will likely fit without trimming. The more rubber, the better the small bump compliance will be at proper inflation pressures. The ride will firm up as you go larger in wheel diameter

IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • WHEELS: Carli Recommends a 17"-18" Wheel, no more than 9" wide with 5"-5.5" of Backspacing on Leveling Systems
  • TIRES: 35", E-Rated Tire Fitment is Recommended. Recommended unloaded Tire Pressure 45F/40R.
  • RECOMMENDED CONFIGURATION: Carli Leveling Systems are Designed and Tested on Vehicles with 17"-18" Wheels with 35", E-Rated Tires. Stock wheels and tires or running a larger wheel diameter will result in a stiffer ride.

Nostalgic and Authentic
Format: Hardcover
As an adult reader, I don't read a ton of YA these days, but I love picking up one now and then that speaks to me the way so many of my favorite books did when I was of a certain wide-eyed age. This one rang true -- in the character searching for who she really is as she comes into her own, overcoming relatable anxieties and changing for the better along the way. Would gladly gift a copy to the young readers in my life -- particularly those who love music.

Nice fun read
Format: Hardcover
I feel like this is a good book to read in-between reading deeper, more thoughtful books. I enjoyed it but it could have been better if the author left out a couple of characters and added more depth to others.

Beautiful Family Contemporary
Format: Kindle
“But I believe strongly that we all have multiple versions of ourselves. And the true test of love is learning to accept all of those versions, even when it’s messy. Actually, especially when it’s messy.” I LOVE family-centric contemporary stories. They are so easy for me to get invested in and I love seeing the relationships form and evolve. I just love them so much. Here We Are Now was a really good family centric contemporary, that also really highlighted opening yourself up and conquering your fears - whatever they may be. We follow Taliah as she meets her rockstar dad Julian Oliver for the first time, when he asks her to come visit his dying father. Tal learns more about her mom, Julian, and herself than she ever expected and she has to learn to reconcile these new truths with what she’s always believed to be true. Things I Liked I really loved the flashbacks we get throughout the story. They show personality, relationships, and I love that we get to see more of Lena’s Jordanian culture. They really helped develop the characters and provide more backstory and depth. I really liked a lot of the characters! I thought Harlow was a great friend, who tried to help Taliah grow and open up about things, even if she was uncomfortable. Debra, Tal’s grandmother is so kind and insightful and warm. I also liked the moments we get to see Tal and Julian learning more about each other. These pure family moments are the ones that really shined for me and gave life to the story. I also really liked that they bonded over music! Things I Didn’t Like I have kinda mixed feelings about Taliah. I understand that Tal’s been put in this weird position and has a lot of confusing and probably conflicting feelings, but I thought she was being purposefully difficult a few times. But she did apologize for that and for being hard to get to know - and I liked that. I think overall I was just a little indifferent to her, which was unfortunate. I feel like the budding romance between Tal and Julian’s neighbor Toby, was pretty unnecessary, and mostly just took page time away that could have been used to further develop family moments. This such an easy book to get invested in. I loved seeing the family moments and Julian and Tal becoming closer, and while I would have liked more development in the family relationships, I was satisfied with what I got. Here We Are Now is a lovely story of family and discovering where you fit in. I received a copy of the book from Balzer + Bray via Edelweiss in exchange for an honest review. All quotes are taken from an ARC and are subject to change.

Ahhhh!
Format: Kindle
So I went back and read the first Dreamers Bay book again before reading this one. So very good! Melissa never disappoints! Kyle and Savanna's story is so great. It is funny, spicy, and oh so sweet and getting to revisit Devyn and Elizabeth again just makes me smile! On how I wish Ms. Brayden would revisit the girls from Soho series. Hint, hint! They were the first books I ever read from this author and they hold a special place in my heart! I have probably reread then 3 or 4 times each. It would be so great to see what Hunter, Sam, Brooklyn, Jessica, Hope and Mallory are all up to in the future. As readers we get invested in this wonderful authors characters and getting to catch up with them is like getting an early Christmas present! Buy this one - you won't regret it and if you have never read Melissa Brayden's work before you are totally missing out!!
