Put the filter element into the upper pot, hold the end of the chain by hand, and gently hook it to the end of the glass tube. Be careful not to release the hook suddenly with force to avoid damaging the glass tube of the upper pot 2. Light the alcohol lamp, insert the upper pot obliquely, and let the rubber edge against the spout of the lower pot (don't worry, the upper pot will not fall off), so

Then boil water, waiting for the next pot to come out of continuous large bubbles. The upper pot can be placed obliquely. Don't let it jam the lower pot. Small bubbles are not counted. Wait for big bubbles to appear 3. When large bubbles continuously appear in the lower pot, straighten the upper pot, gently shake it to the left and right and press it down slightly, so that it can be gently inserted into the lower pot. After the upper pot is inserted, you can see that the water from the lower pot starts to climb up 4. Wait for a few seconds after the water completely rises to the upper pot, wait for a few seconds, and then prepare to pour coffee powder 5. Pour in the ground coffee powder, stir it left and right with a stirring bamboo spoon, and stir the coffee powder evenly into the water.6. Finally, stir and remove the alcohol lamp. Take a slightly wet cloth prepared in advance (which has been wrung out) and gently wrap the side of the lower pot from the side. Do not let the wet cloth touch the place where the alcohol lamp flame contacts at the bottom of the lower pot, so as to prevent the pot from cracking. My son didn’t enjoy reading independently before this book

My son is 7, in 2nd grade. I got him this book in his Easter basket. Tonight he voluntarily picked it up, read the first chapter, was laughing, and then told me about it!! He’s never voluntarily picked up and read a chapter book before other than a graphic novel ! :)

the world needs more books like this!

Wholesome books for young growing readers, yes please! It’s a great mix of funny and sweet that any kid will love. I love seeing the characters grow from the unicorn and dinosaurs books. I love that they are real children too. It’s a great message for kids!

‘Was Nugget’s power guiding me to help people?’ – a fantasy tale to cherish!

Diane Alber teams with Ryan Thomas in creating their PURPLE SPACE CHICKENS series, books that focus on inspiring art and creativity in children. The characters (both human and animal) sparkle throughout and the authors open with a taste of the fun to come introducing the boy Bear: ‘My name is Bear…It’s a code name I gave myself. Why a code name? Well, everyone in this book has one. Trust me, it’s better that way. I don’t want you knowing who I really am because the last thing I need is NASA asking a dozen questions - or worse, taking my little friend. But I had to document everything, because this experience is straight out of this world…literally.’ And with that intro we meet little chicken Nugget and the story sails forth with an amazingly entertaining and creative plot. There are many attributes to this series intended for grade school kids – one fine chapter book stories that will definitely continue!
