Controls timing on each cylinder and considerably reduces the turbo spool time in a transbrake/2-step rev limiter by keeping cylinders and spark plugs in conditions of maximum efficiency (they never get wet because they always fire). This allows user to lower the RPM limiter for launch or to make more boost at the same RPM and smoothen the 2-step limiter operation for less vibration
