Oxford Diecast Rover P4 Smoke Grey/Black - 1:76 ScaleThe Rover P4 series was a group of mid size luxury saloon cars which Rover produced between 1949 and 1967, all designed by the company's designer Gordon Bashford. The P4 designation was the in house factory terminology and the consumers usually referred to the cars by their particular designations, in this case the Rover 90. The Rover P4 series was a group of mid-size luxury saloon cars which Rover produced between 1949 and 1967, all designed by the company's designer Gordon Bashford. The P4 designation was the in-house factory terminology and the consumers usually referred to the cars by their particular designations, in this case the Rover 90.

The Rover 90 was produced between 1953 and 1959, during which time nearly 36,000 were sold worldwide. Classed as a top-end vehicle, it had a powerful 2.6 litre engine with a top speed of 90 mph. Modifications over its predecessors included a bigger boot, wide rear windows and flashing indicators. Our newly tooled model follows the authentic physical features of the original and for our first release, we've selected the two-tone black and dark grey body colour with dark red interior seating. Registered 9076 TW, the model features the famous Rover Viking badge on the bonnet above the distinctive Rover radiator and the Rover 90 'signature' across the boot.

The Rover 90 claimed cult status in the 1980s, notably in France, where they were in particular demand by classic car enthusiasts.

An Essential
Format: Paperback
I've created PowerPoints for executives in major corporations and national non-profits for years now, and this is one of the first books I suggest anyone who needs to create their own PowerPoint look to. Beyond Bullet points is accessable enough that the novice PowerPoint user can understand what's going on and use the lessons in his or her next presentation; it's also detailed and challenging enough that even an old salt like me can find things to learn and do. Don't be another person who stands on stage reading their PowerPoint, and don't let reading your slides distract the audience from your presentation; follow the suggestions in this book and wow your audience.

Bad book for SOA exam, but oh well.
Format: Paperback
While required by Society of Actuaries as the textbook for Short Term Actuarial Models exam, I could not recommend this textbook for any other purposes. Written by two Canadian actuaries, a lot of terms and explanations used in this textbook cannot be transferred into US P&C insurance. It fails to explains insurance's purpose and products effectively and as an intro book with unnecessary sentences to deliver personal thoughts. It is also a mess in following sections on ratemaking and reserving. I cannot sense a flow from this book that guides readers in an approachable manner. Overall, author compromises the size AND the quality.
