They come in originalGE boxes.They can be used in modified Dynaco ST-70 PC-3 board which accepts 6GH8A / ECF82 instead of scarce 7199. They also can be used in original Dynaco ST70 driver board using special noval adapters.
I have few 100 pcs packagings of these tubes and all pairs I have are carefully tested and matched by plate current on my Metrix U61-B tester. Due to big number of tested tubes, they are matched within 5% or less!!!

I had 2 battery backups but, after 5 years, the battery died and could not be easily replaced.
I moved all my plugs to one, easy to use strip.
