I was looking for a book that could guide me through prescribing medication from the most basic conditions to the more complicated patients. This book didnβt even cover sulfur allergies. I was truly disappointed

So good, and good for you

I blend mine with 4oz Tart Cherry juice and water. Yes...it smells bad...but it so good, and good for me too! I will be updating to a subscription order.
It being a powerful antioxidant, good for your heart is all it took for me to add this to my routine.
