- Direct-steam design connects to a steam source supplying 5 to 45 psi.
- Type 304 stainless steel construction with a 316 stainless steel interior for durability and easy cleaning.
- Includes lift-off covers, factory-installed steam control kits, and a balanced manual tilt design.
