CLASSIC CHOICE: Mix 1 serve of STEALTH ACETYL L-CARNITINE with 200 to 250ml of water or juice and shake well until the powder is well mixed. Ideally taken 30 to 45 minutes pre-workout to help promote fat burning and endurance.
TURBO CHARGE: Mix 1 serve of STEALTH ACETYL L-CARNITINE with STEALTH NITROS pre-workout in 350 to 400ml of water, 20 to 25 minutes pre-training to turbo boost your energy levels and help promote fat burning. SHAKE WELL in a Shaker.
The recommended dosage of STEALTH ACETYL L-CARNITINE is usually 500mg to 2500mg per day.
