Condition: Good - Bruised corners and wear to the cloth. Cloth tear across the centre of the spine with bottom of the pine hanging loose. Spine faded and fading along spine connections. Some staining to font ad back cloth. Page yellowing and foxing. Pencil owners signature on front endpaper. Binging loose front the front. 3" tear in the pull put treasure map.
