This 36-inch restaurant range combines six 30,000 BTU open burners and a standard oven in a rugged stainless steel build for dependable all-day service.

- Each burner is rated at 30,000 BTU for a 210,000 BTU total input.
- Thermostat oven control adjusts from 150Β°F to 500Β°F.
- Stainless steel front and sides with corrosion-resistant 430 and 304 stainless construction.
- Includes removable cast iron grates, chrome oven rack, drip tray, and safety gas shut-off features.
- LP conversion kit is included for propane conversion if needed.
