- Built-in convection oven includes 3 chrome racks, a porcelain interior, and a 150°F to 500°F thermostat range.
- Stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box are built for long-term commercial use.
- 120V convection motor uses a NEMA 5-15P cord and plug, with 1/3 HP and 0.6 amps.
