The Supra is back! Out of the box it does a lot of things well. However, it does exhibit some shortcomings. One thing you notice immediately is the numbness in the steering response near neutral position. The car feels like it hesitates to change direction. Once the car takes a set in a corner, the short wheelbase does make up for the slow ratio steering, but there is still a driver/car disconnect when initiating a turn. There is also a noticeable amount of body roll. When upgrading to stickier tires, this roll will only get worse. With aFe Control Stage 1 suspension package, you will be able to sharpen steering response and improve initial turn-in. The car will be more agile and feel like a lighter car. Body roll will be dramatically reduced and the 3-way adjustment (front & rear) will allow you to dial in the handling balance that suits your driving style. Genuine Lexus Filter / Quick Delivery
Initially I had installed non-genuine Lexus filter, which the seller claims it fits Lexus RX. That filter fits (kinda). After installing the air-filter and closing the lid, I could see the edge of the filter because the lid did not close tightly. I am not a mechanic, but I was concerned. Hence, I ordered the genuine Lexus filter from Lexus dealer through Amazon. I paid twice more than non-genuine filter (including extra shipping charge of $10.00).
Genuine filter arrived in the FEDEX box (looks and feels pretty sturdy enough to protect the filter) only 2 days after I placed the order. I have just replaced the filter. The lid closes perfectly. Although I spent total $40, for the peace of my mind, it's the money well spent.

Lexus, you have never let me down!
I asked for original equipment and that is what I received. Delivery only took a few days from a dealer mid way across the country. A perfect FIT.

Great Filter - shipping needs to be improved
The air filter was great and would recommend the OEM filter. My only
Complaint is that they didnβt ship it in a box but only slapped on a shipping label on to the original air filter box.
It took about a week to get to me (Arizona) and the box looked really beat up and luckily the filter was still ok by the time it got to me. Recommend putting it in a box to protect it from damage.
