The Mouse (CXCL9) C-X-C Motif Chemokine 9 ELISA Kit measures C-X-C Motif Chemokine 9 in Mouse samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Mouse CXCL9 antibody. CXCL9 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Mouse CXCL9 Antibody is added and binds to CXCL9 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated CXCL9 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Mouse CXCL9. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Good Pillows to Show Off Decorative Pillow Shams

Although we have queen-sized beds, we typically use standard-sized pillows. One of the quilt sets I got this Christmas time came with queen sized pillow shams, and the standard pillows just didn't fill them properly. I could have sewn flanges on either side of the shams, but I decided to order these pillows instead. The are almost wide enough to fully fill those shams that started all this additional purchasing. (I also ended up ordering pillow protectors for the queen sized pillows.) The pillows are fluffy and substantial for now. My husband manages to flatten out pillows almost no matter how they start our. For now, so far so good. They re a medium-weight and fullness, I would say. They do a good job of showing off the pillow sham design, so that's a plus. I'm not planning for us to sleep on them, but they are added back support while watching TV. They are primarily for decorative purposes when the bed is made with the quilt and shams. They were a reasonable value for the intended purpose.
