The Exo Terra Solar Glo is a self-ballasted mercury vapor bulb designed for reptiles, offering the essential benefits of natural sunlight, crucial for maintaining reptile health. This bulb is favored by professional breeders for its perfect blend of ultraviolet light (including UVA and UVB), visible light, and infrared light (heat), all contained in one convenient bulb. The Exo Terra Solar Glo provides a full spectrum of light with precisely tuned peaks to promote appetite, activity, vibrant colors, and effective calcium absorption through Vitamin D3 synthesis.
This self-ballasted mercury vapor lamp conveniently fits into a standard ceramic socket (no ballast required). It is compatible with the Exo Terra® Light Dome (PT2057), the Exo Terra® Reptile Dome (PT2349), or the Exo Terra® Wire Light (PT2062). The Exo Terra Solar Glo is available in three wattage options: 80 W, 125 W, and 160 W.
