Cancellation Policy
Please note that any cancellation or rescheduling request made less than one week before your scheduled party will incur a $140 fee per character reserved.
Please note that our entertainers may not always arrive in costume at the event location. Several factors, such as weather and the specific venue, are taken into consideration. In the event the entertainer arrives in civilian clothing, it will be necessary to provide a place for them to change. Thank you for your understanding
