After you loosen all 4 screws the rubber insert will slide out and just slide in the new aluminum Diamond plate piece and tighten the screws and the repeat on other side. For the Kick:

For the Kick: Line up for best fit and install rivets or screws making sure not to drill into anything on the inside.
