How to redeem a gift cardA customer redeems the monetary value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. Unlike gift certificates, a gift card holds a balance which can be spent over multiple transactions.
To redeem a gift card:
The person can enter their gift card code in the gift card section and apply it to an order during checkout.
Complete the checkout by taking one of the following actions:
- If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, the customer can click Complete order.
- If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, the customer will be prompted to choose an additional payment method to cover the difference, and then place their order.
Tip: The remaining balance on any gift card can be used for any further purchase.

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?
Yes.
How do I check my balance?
If a gift card is attached to a customer account, then they can check the balance through the link provided in their purchase email. Otherwise, please contact us and we will check this manually.
Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?
Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.
Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?
Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.
