Good impeller kit
Great kit for impeller alpha one gen two outdrive. The only thing that was missing is the instructions as a reference.

Outboard impeller replacement kit.
This kit was for a 1999 Mercury Force 75 hp outboard motor. I purchased used and had not been run for a year. Impeller was hard and not flexible enough to pump water. The kit fixed that problem and the job took about 2 hours to complete. (I took my time). If you don't have a shop manual look for YouTube videos. I watched several and found one that matched the motor I was working on. Made things much simpler.

Excellent product
The water pump kit fits perfectly well on my 1997 Alpha 1 Gen+ Stern drive. Quality looks good and at reasonable price. I run the motorboat for 20 minutes and the water recirculation was constant
