These high quality, latex-free resistance bands are ideal for assisted pull ups and dips, and can be used for mobility and stretching, along with adding resistance to lifts like the deadlift or squat. All bands are made of biomedical-grade synthetic rubber, not latex. All bands are 40" in length and .14 inches (3.4mm) thick and feature six different widths providing a range of resistance levels:
