It is medium bodied with a punch of black cherry like fruits, well balanced acidity, supple skin tannins and a long lingering spicy finish. Suggested pairings include rack of lamb tagine, a peppercorn crusted steak, a rich duck cassoulet or Achiote rubbed flank steak.
