Since this bacon hasn’t been cured to remove the moisture from the fat, the slower it is cooked, the more crispy the bacon will be. Thick sliced bacon can fry for 15 minutes with medium-low heat.
Our hogs are raised on pasture by small-scale family farmers in Wisconsin. The hogs are fed a glyphosate free ration while roaming fields and woods. No hormones, antibiotics or GMO feed!
