The lamb leather is wrapped through the silver metal spring hook and riveted in place. A single grommet is the embellishment filled with several antique buttons. The front has a metal filgree button and the back with a small oval brown glass button. Both are circa early 1900s. The back of the fob is finished with a gold foil "g".
This green zipper key fob hook measures 3 1/4" from the hook end to the leather end.
