When he saves the life of an elderly millionaire, Frankenstein is rewarded by becoming his sole heir. He then uses his supernatural strength on the criminal mastermind Mr. Freek and his big gorilla Bluto from taking over Metropole City.

Next is the modern day descendant of the original Count Dracula. Although with no vampiric heritage, this scientist accidently creates a serum that gives him the power to change into a bat, along with enhanced strength and senses, and the ability to control bats. He must use his new talents to stop the maniacal Boris Eval from plunging the world into nuclear war!
