About the Author
Charles Mwalimu is a senior legal specialist at the Law Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. He holds a bachelor of law degree from the University of Zambia; a masters degree in law librarianship from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington; and a masters degree in law from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Georgetown University Law Center. He has published extensively and is an acknowledged authority on African law, as well as listed in Whos Who in American Law.
