HOW-TO-USE
- Remove moisture with a tissue or dry cloth (If moisture remains, the gel does not stick well, and has less effect)
- Open the lid and apply at the thickness of 3mm where mold and mildew occur
- Wash out with water or wipe out with wet cloth after about 10-15 hours (Tip! Apply before bedtime and clean in the morning)
- If the case mold and mildew occur widely or deeply, increase amount used and duration of use
- Because some mildew is very stubborn, so please try again above steps to clean again if mold and mildew stains cannot be completely removed

No stiff neck-- just as promised!

Like most people I have tried all kinds of pillows to receive my stiff neck--to no avail. I decided to spend the extra money on this (since it was returnable) expecting it not to deliver, but in hopes that it would. I am happy to say the pillow provides great support, yet is fluffy and malleable. It looks a little flat out of the box, but give it an hour or so and it expands to full "fluff". The pillow is very comfortable, provides amazing support despite its soft, fluffy feel. Not being sculpted or rigid foam, it is easy to adjust and get the right support. Somehow it works! I have not had a stiff neck since I bought this. I did add about half the bag of extra material, but removed some because it was a little too much for me. The stuffing is clean, uniform and looks pristine. It comes with a beautiful pillow case that is thick and smooths out any "lumps" (which there aren't anyway because the filling is so soft and uniform.) I plan to order another one for our other home. Highly recommend.

Great quality, not cheap but totally worth this price!

I bought this pillow for my husband because the other I’ve purchased have gone flat. So far he is loving this pillow. It has great loft and comes with extra to adjust if necessary. I’m going to purchase one for myself as well! It is extremely comfortable!
