The stock control arms with soft rubber bushings deflect under load and absorb power instead of transferring it to the tires. BMR's polyurethane, on-car adjustable tubular upper control arm for Fox, SN95, and New Edge Mustangs (UTCA041) is manufactured from heavy-duty 1 1/4 inch DOM steel tube. The center adjuster is CNC-machined from chrome-moly steel with rolled threads for the ultimate in strength and durability. This design gives you a strong control arm that greatly improves performance. BMR's rod ends offers tons of articulation for great handling, while remaining strong enough to stand up to high loads of any performance environment. The stock control arms flex under even light cornering loads giving you inconsistent handling characteristics. The UTCA041's heavy-duty construction eliminates control arm flex, giving you much improved repeatability on the street, starting line, or in the corners. The adjustability allows you to dial in pinion angle for reduced NVH. BMR's rod ends offers tons of articulation for great handling, while remaining strong enough to stand up to high loads of any performance environment. BMR Suspension's UTCA041 on-car adjustable rod end upper control arms are available in red and black hammertone powdercoat for long-lasting good looks. Installation time is about 2-3 hours. I Loved this book!!
Format: Hardcover
This was an excellent book. I used it for a Career Counseling course in Graduate School. I will use this book throughout the rest of my schooling. I will be able to use it as a study guide for my CPCE and NCE exam, as well as use it as a reference in my career as a school counselor. They have many useful appendices in the back of the book.

GREAT!
Format: Hardcover
I think this book did a great job of explaining the different models and theories of counseling psychology. It went in depth on many of the concepts and made for great learning.

Awesome book to learn more about career counseling

Going in I was scared because I read so many awful reviews for this book but I actually really enjoyed it. It is kinda dry so text to speech was my buddy. It made reading it so much easier

Got here so quickly! I had no problems whatsoever with the book, the book cover was just a little wrinkled, but I'm sure that's just from traveling. The book on the inside, the pages are clean and crisp. I will happily recommend them to other buyers! Thank you!!
