The mash bill for this premium bourbon contains BTD corn, Minnesota rye, and malted barley sourced from North Dakota Distillers, and it is double distilled and matured at barrel strength of 101 proof. When tasted, the 2019 Eagle Rare 17 year old bourbon delivers aromatic notes of brewed cherries and oak in maple syrup, with a palate of cocoa, oak, and sweet caramel seasoned with mint, making it a truly breathtaking quaff.
