It finishes dry and chewy with lasting notes of maple and oak.Β At 90 proof, Bulleit Rye is still very smooth on the palate with no discernable burn outside the peppery spice. It's great for sipping neat. Pouring over ice mutes some of the spice, allowing more of the sweetness to come through.

Life Extension melatonin seems to work well. Iβve found that 1mg is as effective as the 3mg doses of other brands. I take 1mg every evening, as so does my German Shepherd. It helps us sleep through the night. We chose this brand because itβs clean and simple.
