ALPHA 2 為全新設計後再啟動的作品，著重突顯仕込水的個性。「風之森」使用取自葛城山系深層地下、硬度超過250mg/L的日本屈指可數超硬水，透過將米的個性藉由高精米加以簡化，使鎂與鈣帶來的礦物感更加鮮明，展現清晰而立體的酒體結構。
原料米選用奈良縣都祁中西農園契約栽培、減農藥且品質特別優異的秋津穗，並將精米步合調整至40%，進一步提升酒體的透明感，最大限度地呈現仕込水細膩且鮮明的質感。

Great for creating a workspace

Great room separator

The panels are much longer than we expected! We only needed 3 of the 4 proivided. It's slightly flimsy, but holds together nicely. The screwdriver that came with did not fit the screws, but luckily we had a Phillips head. It's very lightweight. It is definitely a good value for the money.
