The Nike SB Dunk Low The Powerpuff Girls Buttercup (PS) is more than a sneaker—it's a playful upgrade for your young skater's everyday adventures. Built around Buttercup’s fearless energy, this preschool-sized drop uses a bold Mean Green palette accented with black and hints of Lotus Pink to celebrate one of the Powerpuff Girls’ fiercest members while staying kid-appropriate for school, skate sessions, and weekend hangouts.

Bold design meets skate-ready functionality

The upper is crafted in Mean Green leather with tonal overlays for durability that can handle active days. A standout feature is the full-length embroidered eye motif on the heel tab, a distinctive detail that connects seamlessly to the black leather Swoosh across the side panels. This visual cue nods to Buttercup’s signature look while adding a unique, collectible feel your child can show off to friends.

Cartoon charm meets in-step comfort

Inside, graphic cartoon designs on the insole bring a touch of whimsy to every wear, giving kids a little extra personality with each step. The low-cut silhouette keeps the ankle free for easy movement during tricks, playground explorations, and everyday hops between classes and activities.

Designed for preschool skaters

Available in preschool sizing (PS), this release from December 14, 2023, carries a retailer price of $90. It’s tailored for younger feet who want footwear that looks inspired by their favorite character and feels sturdy enough to stand up to real skating, daily wear, and outdoor adventures alike.

Who this is for and how it shines

  • Powerpuff Girls fans who want a tangible connection to Buttercup in their everyday footwear
  • Parents seeking a durable, kid-friendly sneaker that can transition from school to the skate park
  • Young skaters who appreciate a bold colorway, a recognizable logo story, and cartoon-inspired details

Practical notes and care

To keep the Mean Green leather looking vibrant, wipe away dirt with a soft cloth after outdoor sessions and store in a cool, dry place. The clean lines of the Swoosh and the embossed heel motif are designed to remain striking even after active days on sidewalks and ramps.

So sweet
Format: Kindle
It’s so unexpectedly sweet that it sneaks up on you. Each character is so unique and charming. I love the openness and honesty among their pack. It really blows me away how wonderful this omegaverse trope plays out. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Needs editing
Format: Kindle
Cute storyline and promising characters, but the lack of editing is painful to read. I would love to read an edited version.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.

Slightly repetitive but I did love some things
Format: Kindle
I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.
