Performance-Driven Cooking Surface

- Left-hand 36" thermostatic griddle – ½" polished steel plate with 4" splash, steady 200-550 °F zone control (64,000 BTU).
- Heavy cast grates accept up to a 14" stock pot on rear burners.
- Total top-section input: 196,000 BTU/hr.
