The disc is hypoallergenic, lead and nickel free, artisan pewter and measures 1 inch. Choose as many genuine Swarovski crystal channel birthstones as you need. It comes with a stainless steel chain or message me to upgrade to sterling silver for an additional fee.

This is a great gift for a grandmother on her birthday, Christmas or Mother’s Day! A heart will be stamped before the name unless you indicate otherwise. I am a small person who eats plenty of vegetables but still sometimes struggles with constipation, I like to take fiber to ensure regularity. These supplements aren't my favorite. Psyllium Husk is supposed to the one of the best kinds of fiber but I find I need to take a lot of these pills for the same effect - a dose is 6-9 pills a day, spread out. Other brands I've been able to take 1 a day and that's enough but these I need 2-4. The flavor is mild but noticeable, there is no aftertaste at all. The pills are capped in soft plastic and not too big so they're very easy to swallow. You get 500 in a bottle so definitely getting your money's worth.
