This Patent Pending GDI high pressure pump was developed to be a direct fit replacement for the Bosch OEM high pressure pump. It delivers up to 36% more fuel flow at 2900psi with the HPFP35

This Patent Pending GDI high pressure pump was developed to be a direct fit replacement for the Bosch OEM high pressure pump. It delivers up to 36% more fuel flow at 2900psi with the HPFP35 pump. At the same amount of pressure the EVO pump will flow 12% more than the HPFP35, and over 40% more at 3600psi.
Maximum Rail Pressure:
150bar / 2900psi (OEM)
200bar / 2900psi (XDI-HPFP35)
250bar / 3600psi (XDI-HPFP EVO)
The pumps have been pushed to over 680hp on E30 and over 520hp on E85, along with upgraded DI injectors and proper tuning. That's DI only power, no other fuel adders.
Tuning is required to run the XDI pumps. Cobb, SCT, MoTec, HPT, and other standalone ECUs.
Note: Pumps are made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery
For the Focus RS, the Factory High Pressure line need to be bent slightly, if you want to avoid this you can purchase a pre-bent line from us. Please email us to do so.
