The Mouse PEDF (Pigment Epithelium Derived Factor) ELISA Kit is a Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse PEDF. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Mouse PEDF. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Mouse PEDF, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ยฑ 10nm. The concentration of Mouse PEDF in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

The oak that this is made of is very nice. The little bit of extra counter space is nice. The problem is the bracket to hold it up is kind of small and flimsy, so the shelf won't bear much weight. It will be ok for putting light things on. Also had a problem getting it to hang flat in the down position.

Look at other options. Received with hinge already attached to the wood, at an angle. Tried to contact seller, no response. I fixed it myself. Rather than having hinge attached they should just let the buyer install the hinge. Made in Vietnam.
