Usage

PLACE in a large bowl and submerge in filtered or spring water.

SOAK overnight or for 12-36 hours. (Add 1-2 tbsp of citrus juice such as lemon or orange to neutralize the ocean taste).

Raw Preparation: RINSE again & BOIL 2 cups of sea moss with 1 cup of water until getting the desired creamy thick gel.
