(*Dyno results are from P/N: 49-33087-B) This cat-back exhaust system utilizes full 3" tubing with 2-1/4" clamp-on reduction tubes to fit OE connections. Remove them and combine with the aFe Power Twisted Steel long tube headers and connection pipes (P/N: 48-33012-YC) for added flow and performance. This system incorporates dual, high-flow 4" round mufflers to improve performance across the power band while maintaining an aggressive sound. aFe also added an X-pipe to balance and evenly distribute exhaust pulses traveling through the exhaust system, creating more efficient flow and better performance while minimizing exhaust drone resulting in an awesome sound. To finish off the exhaust, dual 4" gloss black 304 stainless steel tips are included. This is a direct bolt-on system no modifications necessary and includes necessary hardware for a hassle-free installation. Aggressive Sound: Dual free-flowing 4" round mufflers are used to absorb high pitch tones producing a powerful sound and unleashing all available horsepower and torque. X-Pipe Balance Tube: The equalizer balance tube evenly distributes exhaust pulses traveling through the exhaust system. This creates a more efficient flow for better performance while minimizing exhaust drone. Simple Installation: This is a direct bolt-on system which retains your factory exhaust tips and includes necessary hardware for a hassle-free installation. No modifications necessary. Leak-Free Seal High quality band clamps are used for a complete 360 degree sealing surface. Dual 304 SS Tips: Finishing off this unique exhaust system are dual, aFe laser etched, 4" gloss black 304 stainless steel tips for an aggressive style.This Part Fits:

No casebook connect

I ordered a new print version of the textbook to specifically receive the casebook connect code. The book also came wrapped, but when I undid the wrapping and opened the textbook, there was no code. It looks like somebody peeled the code information away as the cover has some yellowing, which I imagine is due to glue residue. Iβm incredibly disappointed and now I need to purchase the code in addition to the $220 I spent on this textbook.

Not at all what I would consider βVery Goodβ condition, as the book was described. Pretty disappointed to be honest, considering I paid over $100 for this. Itβs beaten up, torn, and dirty, but itβs readable.

I paid nearly 300 dollars for this book and it was not as listed. I bought this because it was listed as new, but the book arrived with a broken binding, highlighting and writing throughout the pages, and the course ecode was already used. Unfortunately, I cannot use it for my studies.

Coverage lined up nearly perfectly with my fed courts class

Almost every case we covered in class and definitely every concept is covered, and explained helpfully, in this E&E. The problems are helpful, too.

Great Federal Courts supplement
Format: Paperback
This E&E book really helped with Fed. Courts! Incorporate the public v. private law models/SOP and federalist v. nationalist paradigms which my professor used in the course. This version doesn't have some of the newer cases (TransUnion v. Ramirez). The standing section could have more info but standing is one of the easiest doctrines in fed courts. The Habeas Corpus, particularly the Teague Doctrine and AEDPA, section is excellent. The only big thing this book does not include are universal injunctions and the scope of remedies (outside of standing, anti-injunction act, and section 1983).
