Sequences of motion performed in sitting or lying positions comprise a cycle that one can repeat at will (ideally once a day).
Genkikai is a compilation, the creation of which we owe to, Master Masatomi Ikeda (7. Dan in Aikikai Aikido, 5. Dan in Sumo und 4. Dan im Judo), born in Tokyo on 8. April 1940.
