Vinyl LP pressing. Yours Truly is the debut studio album by Ariana Grande, originally released in September 2013. Incorporating R&B, Yours Truly was influenced by Whitney Houston, Amy Winehouse, Christina Aguilera and Mariah Carey, amongst Grande's other idols. Grande describes the album's first half as a "throwback" to the R&B music of the 1990s, and the second half being "very unique and very special that I've sort of written" which is completely original. On the album, Grande co-wrote six out of the twelve tracks. Contribution by Harmony Samuels, Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds, Patrick "J. Que" Smith and Victorious co-star Leon Thomas III, as well as others, handling the production on the album.

Love, love, love!

I love this toothpaste! It has done an amazing job removing plaque. It has helped my sensitivity immediately and I am able to handle cold water or drinks again without any pain. I also love that this is a prebiotic toothpaste.

Quality toothpaste with ingredients you can trust

Good toothpaste. It's a nice light scent/flavor. It's pleasant. My teeth feel fresh after using it. I'm excited to see the changes. I'll post a picture of my before and then I'll update in a few months of my after. I'm so grateful this is a natural product that focuses on replenishing rather than just scratching. I still wish it cost less, I mean 14 bucks for one toothpaste seems like a lot, but it's better than using toothpaste that's laced with poison so whatever. I hope one day they come down on their price. I like that the ingredients are quality.

Repeating negative patterns in your life? Read this book!
Format: Paperback
I love Cyndi Dale's work and have a number of her books. As a Healing Touch practitioner and Reiki Master I know tons about energy work, chakras, auras, empaths, etc., but again the author took me where I hadn't been before! I am integrating what I've learned from this book into my practice with my clients, and I also use the techniques on myself. For example, I had no idea you could be connected to the land where you were born! I saw where people I know would fall into the personalties (or syndromes) she describes in her book such as the Mule and the Healer. As a student of psychology, I also knew we repeated patterns by our subconscious minds driving us, but I never factored in the additional impact of our energy fields. An excellent book even if you might think you already know it all as a healer.

Love this book!
Format: Paperback
Very helpful for sensitive people (or for anyone, for that matter) who have trouble with establishing themselves as whole individuals. By that, I mean those of us who are sensitive to energy dynamics that others put out and that we feel keenly, and have a hard time dealing with. It gives solid advice on how to set boundaries, how to empower yourself so that you're not as overwhelmed by external energy dynamics, and explains the whole topic well. I recommend this book.
