Should be fitted near tank. Supplied as shown in picture without the inlet and outlet unions, These are available to purchase separately if required. The two threaded mounting holes in the base are 5/16 in BSF. This type of pump was fitted to Jaguar cars post 1959, and the later Austin Healey 3000, among others.
IMPORTANT - The difference between AZX1307 & AZX 1308 is small but can be important. The AZX1308 is intended to be mounted in a 'dry' area such as inside the boot and as such the breather on the cap is open to atmosphere, whereas the AZX1307 is designed with a spigot to attach a breather hose when the pump is mounted in a 'wet' area i.e. under the car.
